Three seasoned advisors—Jerry Sneed, Frank McKiernan, and Zoltan Pongracz—have departed Procyon Partners to establish Third View Private Wealth in Westport, Connecticut. Collectively, they managed approximately $1 billion in client assets as of March 31. Their new firm aims to serve affluent families, offering services such as private wealth management, tax strategy, estate planning, and philanthropic guidance. The firm is structured to resemble a multi-family office, emphasizing continuity across generations.
Funding Secured for Seeds (WealthManagement)
Seeds, a fintech platform designed to help financial advisors align investment strategies with client values, has raised $10 million in a Series A funding round led by venture capital firm Portage. This brings the company's total funding to $15 million. The round also included participation from previous investors, Social Leverage, and Blank Ventures.
Founded by advisors Michael and Zach Conway of Conway Wealth, Seeds aims to provide technology that enables advisors to create personalized investment experiences. The platform offers an end-to-end investment management system that helps advisors assess and understand clients’ goals and preferences, facilitating the construction of bespoke portfolios that reflect individual values.

Sidekick and PlannerPal have been named winners of the PIMFA WealthTech AI Tech Sprint, an initiative by PIMFA WealthTech and Morningstar aimed at enhancing operational efficiency in wealth management through artificial intelligence.
PlannerPal developed an AI-driven solution that assists financial advisors by capturing key insights from client meetings, automating the generation of essential documentation such as suitability reports, and integrating with customer relationship management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance in client records.
Sidekick offers a platform designed to optimize wealth-building opportunities and tax efficiency for its clients, contributing to streamlined operations in wealth management.
